Fundación Voluntarios por Madrid was established by the municipality of Madrid in April 2005 and it is a non-for profit entity that seeks to promoting, training and supporting volunteering. It is a Intermediary between companies and NGO

- Training potencial volunteers and corporations in this subject.
- Involve and support the development of social organisations

Voluntarios por Madrid Foundation supports over 200 social entities of Madrid City in the following ways:
- Intermediary between social entities and commercial companies
- Support developing their social programs and projects
- Sharing space at the School of Voluntary Service for their training
