EVENT: You cannot miss the most important CSR event of Central America, Panama and Caribbean!

CONVERTIRSE 2016 is the regional CSR Conference (Central America, Panama and Caribbean) organised by FUNDAHRSE, with the support of INTEGRARSE Network & the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 28-29 July, Honduras.

Experts in strategic communication & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); PhD. Bernardo Kliksberg and PhD. Italo Pizzolante Negrón are the keynote speakers of the most important CSR event in Central America, Panama and Caribbean: CONVERTIRSE 2016.

CONVERTIRSE 2016 is the regional CSR Conference (Central America, Panama and Caribbean) organised by FUNDAHRSE, with the support of INTEGRARSE Network & the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It will take place on July 28th & 29th at the Copantl Hotel & Convention Center in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras.

In its 9th edition the purpose of the conference is to stimulate discussion and forward thinking for the development of a single agenda of the business sector in Central America and the Caribbean, as the result, the principal theme in CONVERTIRSE will be: “Sustainability and Regional Integration, a single agenda”.

Some of CONVERTIRSE’s activities include: a panel with the presidents of the INTEGRARSE Network, a panel with recognised Central American businessmen, 7 thematic tables about sustainability, fieldtrips to 5 Honduran companies who will share good CSR practices and over 30 companies participating in the CSR EXPO.

“It is necessary for the associations of Corporate Social Responsibility in the region share a common agenda as an initiative to achieve the objectives for social development of the region,” said José Roberto Leiva, Executive Director of FUNDAHRSE.

This year, FUNDAHRSE will assume the presidency of the INTEGRARSE Network for two years, during this transition “the 7 countries of Central American and Caribbean will show the progress of local experiences in CSR” said Elena Quiroz, Business Development Director of FUNDAHRSE.
