In early November, PROhumana made the fourth version of the Traveling Seminar, which this year dealt with Integral Sustainability "live and feel the 21st century global sustainability", which was developed in the cities of Madrid and Barcelona in Spain.
This seminar was attended by senior executives of major companies with operations in Chile, which for 10 days could share with their peers Spanish executives from more than 15 organizations have strongly integrated the concepts of social responsibility and sustainability in their daily work such as NH Hotels, Ferrovial or DKV Insurances.
The Traveling Seminar aimed to understand the level of development of the Integral Sustainability and CSR in Spain, experiencing, through concrete cases and innovative global issues such as efficient use of energy, recycling, sustainability policies, policies training, employability, citizen dialogues, social investment, government-business relationship, among many others.
Companies and institutions visited were the Observatory on Corporate Social Responsibility, the Financial City Santander, Gas Natural Fenosa, Sustainability Excellence Club, ACCIONA, NH Hotels, Siro Group, Forética, Ferrovial, all in Madrid. Meanwhile, in Barcelona meetings were held with Victor Viñuales ECODES, Carles Campuzano, Member of the Parliament of Catalonia, Josep María Lozano, professor of ESADE Social Sciences and senior researcher in CSR, the MRW Transport company, DKV Insurances; MANGO, ACC1Ó and Foundation Èxit.
