What other new innovative ideas are out there aside from tree-planting? This is a common issue faced by most Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) project managers. The design and implementation of creative, sustainable and replicable EVP projects is one of the primary focuses of Fuping CSR Partnership Network.
Green Office: from Idea to Action (Summer Corporate Philanthropy Forum). April 29th 2009, sponsored by China Hewlett-Packard Co. Ltd. 70 representatives from 46 corporations and 17 media organisations held discussions on fulfilling Green Office commitments.
Fuping have developed innovative and effective employee volunteering programmes working with migrant children, the elderly and people with disabilities in the Beijing region.

Other key inititaives delivered by Fuping Development Institute in 2009 included:
- A Corporate Philanthropy Forum foucusing on implementing a Green Office.
- A Post-Distaster Reconstruction Programme in the earthquake-damaged Jingyou area, which saw 119 corporate volunteers take part
