4 December - The day before international volunteer day – saw Fuping Development Institute carry out a special corporate volunteer activity.
A volunteer shares her career experience with the middle school children.
25 employee volunteers from 10 businesses worked together to deliver vocational guidance to students.
Nearly 200 grade 9 students from the Migrant Middle School, Dandelion School received the training.
Employee Volunteers delivered really interesting and lively sessions and shared their learning and career experience with students. They listened to the student’s thoughts and fears about their futures and shared their own career paths.
The volunteers gave them advice about how to solve troubles, both in study and life. The volunteers carried out mock interviews to give them experience of facing an interview and shared useful interview skills.
What employee volunteers shared gave the students some new ideas about future work prospects and ideas about how to make their dreams come true.
