DERES has developed a toolkit for implementing CSR strategies in SMEs belonging to large company's value chains.
With the support of the Interamerican Development Bank, DERES has finished executing a project that took two years of work. During the project, DERES worked with 30 companies in order to develop a methodology based on implementing CSR practices.
Finally, 24 SMEs have finished this project succesfuly and are now implementing CSR practices as part of their business strategy. All the findings as well as a toolkit have been published and can be downloaded (in spanish) from www.deres.org.uy.
