On June 20th in Warsaw, Responsible Business Forum and representatives from various companies painted graffiti to promote the concept of diversity in Polish companies.
The artistic concept was prepared by Dariusz Paczkowski, social activist, creator of socially engaged street art and graffiti. Representatives of the companies that work with Responsible Business Forum and of those that have signed the Diversity Charter at the beginning of this year were involved in the event.
The Charter is a written obligation signed by a company which declares that they will introduce the prohibition on discrimination in the workplace and they agree to take measures to create and promote diversity. The graffiti visualizes the principles promoted by the Charter.

Painting graffiti which expresses values of diversity is a practical dimension of the companies’ engagement in implementing the Diversity Charter’s keystones _said Mirella Panek-Owsiańska, Chairman of the Responsible Business Forum, _This is the way of promoting the Diversity Charter which can be signed by any company, organisation, institution, university or public administration body, voluntarily obligation committing to respect diversity of all employees and non-discrimination on grounds of gender, age, disability, health, nationality, sexual identity, family status or lifestyle.
Diversity Charter in Poland is under the auspices of the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment and the Human Rights Defender. More information can be found at www.diversitycharter.pl location for graffiti was provided by Orange Polska, Diversity Charter in Poland Main Partner in 2012.
