Rachel Campbell is Head of People, KPMG Europe. She joined KPMG LLP (UK) in 1989 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993. After periods working overseas, she became a partner in the Consumer and Industrial Markets group in 2000. Specialising in the Food and Drink sectors, her clients included Allied Domecq and Nestlé. Rachel was appointed as Head of People Management in 2003, and as a member of KPMG’s UK Board in 2005.
She was recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2007.
She is a board member of the Business in the Community’s Race for Opportunity, a network of firms which work to demonstrate the clear opportunity and business case for taking action on race and diversity.
She is also on Business in the Community’s National Leadership Team of ProHelp, a national network of professional firms who give their time for free to local communities and voluntary groups.
Rachel has a degree in politics from the University of Durham and she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
She is married with a young family.
