Khurram Naayaab is a professional in the field of Corporate Responsibility whose academic background includes Post Graduation in the field of Social Work and Post Graduate Diploma training in Management (Industrial Relations & Personnel Management). Since last decade he is working on furthering the Corporate Responsibility agenda among businesses – both large corporates and SMEs by providing strategic inputs on incorporating CR within the core business of companies, demonstrating businesses about opportunities that enhance positive impact on the lives of their stakeholders particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged, framing CR policies of businesses, assisting businesses in integrating CR issues across their value chain, promoting the business contribution to the achievement of millennium development goals, Engaging with business on its human rights impact and performance, social compliance audits, facilitating remediation programmes, corporate trainings and developing human resources systems & practices. Khurram is trained to impart training to businesses on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Guidelines. Apart from this Khurram is also working towards integrating CR education (research and teaching) in the core curricula of Business Schools Currently he is working a Programme Manager in Partners in Change since April 2005 and is based out of Delhi.

Prior to joining Partners in Change, he has worked for Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Association for Stimulating Know How (ASK) and UNHCR.  He has also contributed an article on business mentors for a book “Pathways to Livelihoods and Decent Work” focusing on strategies and tools for investing in young people for ILO and Canadian International Development Agency, Canada.
