Judy Njino is Programme Officer- Responsible Business Program at Ufadhili Trust; a Kenyan Non Profit Organization that works to promote Social Responsibility in East Africa.  Judy has worked for the last four years in Ufadhili providing leadership and support for its responsible business programme that works with private sector organizations in building their capacity to make CSR an essential part of business excellence. She has been involved in delivering focused trainings for Kenyan companies on CSR, creating awareness through research on Kenya’s responsible business agenda and providing mentorship support and advice to individual companies.

Judy’s passion has been to work with underserved communities in both rural areas and urban informal settlements in Kenya in improving their welfare and had been previously involved in water and sanitation projects across the country. The emergence of CSR in Kenya has offered her and Ufadhili an opportunity of working with Kenyan businesses to increase their contribution to socio and economic development through influencing their business practice. Judy has a BA Degree in Counseling Psychology and Community Development from Daystar University in Kenya and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi.

Judy is also an advocate for volunteering and is currently involved in youth mentorship in her free time under the Global Give Back circle and New Dawn Kenya.
