Vaderegio Toolkit aims to help local and regional authorities to engage and inspire CSR in local business.
Starting with Rationale – it outlines some of the many good reasons, why public authorities are trying to promote CSR in their regions and how this action can lead to increased competitiveness of their regions. It helps users to see the links between public policy issues and business motivation.
The examples and success factors section captures some of the great examples of innovative public authorities and useful hints provided by practitioners.
The most important part of the toolkit is its Taking Action section which gives user an opportunity to track where they are now and where they want to get to. After completing the test, users get a list of action points that help them to get on the track that matches their ambitions.
