For promoting inclusive opportunities for the differently able, BCF with the help of regional civil society groups organised 5 Abilities-Melas in 2008 in various states of India. The mela was a platform for demonstrating skill sets, creativity and potential of the differently able, disseminating information on the aids and appliances, avenues and opportunities related to jobs and self employment available for them. Abilities Mela in Hyderabad was held in 25th – 27th April 08. The attached report details its findings.
