The International Campaign of BITC, supported by the International Leadership team host an International Webinar International Employee Volunteering: the How’s and the Why’s
Employee Volunteering is now recognised as an integral part of CSR. It is one of the key CSR issues that companies develop to engage their employees and increase employee satisfaction. Launching Employee Volunteering programmes internationally can be daunting. This webinar will provide you with all the information you need to start an EV programme, scale up to an international level and give you the tools to increase the buy in across your company.
This Webinar is for company practitioners who are based internationally and who are working to begin, improve or scale up Employee Volunteering Internationally. The key purpose of the webinar is to support companies to effectively manage Employee Volunteering internationally by taking delegates through how to tackle Employee Volunteering on an international scale and the benefits of doing so.
The Webinar will take the participants through the ENGAGE toolkit working with companies to internationalise their EV programmes. Separate tools and tips will be sent to all attendees as follow up after the session.
Target audience: Partners in the chosen country. Businesses that are launching CSR strategies in that country or that are thinking of doing it and doing it in collaboration. Leadership Team and Support Package companies.
