Community Business presents the 5th Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Conference taking place in Hong Kong on Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 and 7 November 2012. This event is designed for senior business leaders and diversity professionals from across Asia.

The theme of this year’s conference is Driving Inclusion – Making it Happen. To be successful in today’s global environment, companies operating in Asia need to not only embrace diversity – they need to create a culture of inclusion where difference is truly valued and leveraged for business success. The conference will highlight the power of inclusion and the best ways for businesses to harness it, particularly in the areas of: gender, culture, generation, disability and sexual orientation.

Participants will be given the opportunity to hear from thought leaders from Asia and around the world, learn from the experience of leading corporations and discuss issues pertinent to the region. Building on the successes of our previous conferences, this year, Community Business will introduce new session formats and conference activities in addition to the standard plenary and breakout formats.
