How will the power of collaboration bring your CSR/sustainability strategy to life, by maximizing the efforts of those engaged in CSR both inside and outside your organization?
On October 21 join us to learn how corporate and CSR leaders are driving meaningful change and accelerating innovation using a collaborative approach. Through keynote presentations, leadership panels, and interactive breakout sessions, the Summit will provide the tools, frameworks and research to inspire your own strategy for collaboration and innovation.
Learn:
- Why collaboration is a critical factor in demonstrating leadership in CSR
- How to collaborate with employees to cultivate a culture of innovation
- How to collaborate with suppliers, customers and industry leaders to improve performance
- Recent examples and effective practices in developing, managing and evaluating effective partnerships
Speakers include Dr. Karl-Henrik Robèrt, Founder of The Natural Step; Claude Ouimet, Senior Vice President and General Manager of InterfaceFLOR; and, Mike Pedersen, Group Head, Corporate Operations of TD Bank Financial Group.
Also plan to attend the Pre- or Post-Summit workshops on October 20 and 22 to gain more practical tools, knowledge and know-how on specific CSR topics. These workshops will provide hands-on guidance in areas including the business case for CSR, strategic community investment, CSR reporting and communication, ownership and accountability of sustainability, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and the social impact of CSR.
