Governance Structure

Oversight of the network is through a Leadership Team of leading international companies and is chaired by Francesco Vanni d’Archirafi, Vice-Chairman Citibank Europe, Chief Executive Officer of Global Transaction Services (GTS) Citi Worldwide..

They work collaboratively to deliver the two key objectives of the CSR360 strategy:

  • Knowledge sharing and capacity building for its Network Partners
  • Developing international advocacy for corporate engagement through its network for Corporate Supporters

The network is funded through annual corporate sponsorship and Business in the Community (BITC) act as its secretariat. BITC is a unique movement of over 850 UK companies committed to improving their positive impact on society.

The Secretariat

The secretariat acts as an intermediary, directing companies and partners to CSR knowledge and increasing communication in this global field. Its role is to build on the communication between partners and companies through the website, networking and knowledge transfer events and CSR conferences. The staff includes Lydia Parnell, Programme Manager – International Corporate Community Investment.
