Oversight of the network is through a Leadership Team of leading international companies and is chaired by Mike Wareing, International CEO of KPMG.
An advisory group of partners is drawn from the major regional networks and rotated on a regular basis to ensure equal involvement of all partners.
They work collaboratively to deliver the two key objectives of the CSR360 strategy:
The network is funded through annual corporate sponsorship and Business in the Community (BITC) act as its secretariat. BITC is a unique movement of over 850 UK companies committed to improving their positive impact on society.

The secretariat acts as an intermediary, directing companies and partners to CSR knowledge and increasing communication in this global field. Its role is to build on the communication between partners and companies through the website, networking and knowledge transfer events and CSR conferences. The team of 3 staff includes Flavia Kraus, CSR360 Global Partner Network Manager, Jenny Fox, Communications Officer and David Halley, Head of international Relations.
Do you think a strong commitment to human rights should be a core element of companies' declared CSR policies and practice?
Lord Michael Hastings of Scarisbrick CBEWe have a deep passion for seeing really dynamic effective corporate responsibility all over the world - it's core to our values and central to our business. So being in from the start with CSR360 GPN was an obvious route for KPMG to help spread the energy and the opportunity for transformed communities where business plays its rightful role driving change and supporting the people and the places who are often forgotten and frequently in need of business engagement. Its our privilege to be involved.
